圣诞晚餐- Chicken Gordon Blue, Potatos Gratin & Cauliflower Cheese Gratin

很少煮西餐的我尽然那么大胆的在圣诞那天煮了3样我从来都没煮过的西餐。哈哈哈。。。 最开心的是我时那么行的。那么的成功。



Gordon Blue Chicken Recipe: -
- boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- cheese sticks or cheese cheddar cheese
- ham
- butter, melted
- bread crumbs

Steps:-
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2.Lay out the pounded chicken breasts on a clean surface. Place a slice of ham on chcecken, then one cheese. Roll the chicken up around the cheese and ham.

3) Diip each roll in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs. Place in a shallow baking dish.

4.Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is browned and juices run clear.



Cauliflower & Cheese Gratin
- Cauliflower
- Thick Cream
- Full cream milk
- Cheddar cheese

Steps:-

1) Steam cauliflower for 5- 8 mins. Drain & put in oven bowl

2) Preheat oven 175c

3) Put the thick cream, milk and cheddar cheese on source pan simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.

4) Pour step #3 on the cauliflower and put some cheddar cheese on top & grill for 5-8 minutes or until golden



Potato Gratin
- Potatoes
- Ham, sliced
- Thick Cream
- Full cream milk
- Cheddar cheese

Steps:-

1) Preheat oeven to 180c

2) Put the thick cream, milk, ham and cheddar cheese on source pan simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.

3) Meanwhile cut the potatoes in 2mm sliced thick

4) Neatly arrange 1 layer of the potatoes in baking dish. Pour the warm cream mixture (step #3) over the ppotaoes and repeat it again til you potatoes finish

5) Cover with aluminium foil and bake for apporx 1.5 hrs or until done.

6) Discard foil and sprinkle cheese over potatoes & return to oven to bake for 10-12 minutes



怕肥的人要小心哦!这可放了很多cheese& cream 的。
